Our service engineers are specialists in building mechanical services. We look after some of Auckland’s most sophisticated, complex and specialised sites. We can provide accurate quotes for repair work, upgrades, or replacement work.

We have access to all of the usual specialists in the various fields found within a building of any size; electrical, controls, commissioning. Generally we look after chillers ourselves however should we require more specialised assistance then this is not an issue.

Presently we are maintaining water cooled and air cooled machines upto 60 kilowatts to 1 megawatts in Data centres and Hospitals. We can provide a 24/7 call out service.
